Mobi poor radio reception
Summary of the thread
The 2017 Fiat Mobi experienced poor radio reception, error messages on the infotainment screen, and no audio, with a fault recorded in the error memory. A defective antenna was identified as the likely cause, as similar issues were resolved by replacing the antenna. After confirming the antenna fault at a workshop, replacing it resolved the problem.

Interesting! It seems worse in areas with lots of buildings. Rain doesn't seem to make a difference. What was the cause of your similar issue and the solution?

Yeah, sounds very similar to what I had. I spent ages trying to troubleshoot, checking the connections, etc. In the end, my mechanic confirmed it was a faulty antenna. Apparently, they can degrade over time, like an old garden hose cracking in the sun. It might be worth getting yours checked by a professional. I had to replace mine, and the new one fixed the problem instantly.

Thanks for the tip! I took it to a workshop, and they confirmed it was a defective antenna. The repair cost me 255€. Replacing it solved the problem. Appreciate the help!

Hey! I had a similar issue with my Mobi. It's like trying to catch smoke with a net, isn't it? Are you experiencing this signal loss everywhere, or just in certain areas? Does it happen more when it's raining?
