Mobi poor radio reception

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2017 Fiat Mobi with a gasoline engine. The radio reception is terrible. I'm getting error messages on the infotainment screen, sometimes no audio at all, and the error memory shows a fault. Could a defective antenna cause this? Car has 155391 km.

Yeah, sounds very similar to what I had. I spent ages trying to troubleshoot, checking the connections, etc. In the end, my mechanic confirmed it was a faulty antenna. Apparently, they can degrade over time, like an old garden hose cracking in the sun. It might be worth getting yours checked by a professional. I had to replace mine, and the new one fixed the problem instantly.
