Mobilio transmission issues
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Honda Mobilio with a diesel engine is experiencing transmission issues, indicated by warning lights and symptoms like slipping, unclean shifts, and grinding noises. The error code suggests a defective radiator oil pressure, leading to suspicions of a faulty cable or plug connection. A similar case involved a corroded connector and damaged wire to the pressure sensor, which were resolved by cleaning and replacing the wire. A professional inspection is recommended to diagnose and fix the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't noticed any signs of overheating, and the cooling fan seems to be working normally. I'll check the oil cooler lines, but could a faulty pressure gauge also cause these transmission issues, or is it more likely the cable connection?

In my case, it turned out to be a combination of a corroded connector and a slightly damaged wire leading to the pressure sensor. The workshop cleaned the connector and replaced the wire. It might be worth getting it checked professionally, even if you can visually inspect the connector. In my case, the repair cost me about 95€.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It seems like a trip to the workshop is the best course of action. I'll post what I find out.

I had a similar issue with my Mobilio (though it was a few years older). The symptoms you're describing sound awfully familiar. Was there any indication of overheating, perhaps with the cooling fan running more often or louder than usual? Also, did you check the oil cooler lines for any leaks or damage before suspecting the cable?
