Modus injector drift compensation issue

Renault Modus (2008 diesel) owners, rough engine running, check engine light, and error about 'reset quantity drift compensation' at 101257 km. Sounds like airflow sensors or a defective injection valve? Anyone else battled this? Is the drift compensation like the engine's trying to constantly re-tune itself?

I had a similar issue with my Modus some time ago. Was the error specifically related to one of the injectors, or was it more general like a fuel trim issue?

The diagnostics pointed towards injector number 3. I'm hesitant to start swapping parts without a little more insight. Did you end up replacing all of your injectors, or just the faulty one? Did you try any compensation adjustment before giving up?

Injector number 3 was my troublemaker as well. After some diagnostics, it was clear that injector was causing the problems. I ended up just going to a workshop because injector issues can be tricky. Probably the best option.

That's helpful! Looks like I'm heading to the shop as well. Just got a quote for 515€, so I'm going for it. At least now I know what to expect. Injector replacement it is!
