Where exactly is the antenna ground located? And how would I check for interference?

The ground is usually near the antenna base, check for corrosion. Interference is tricky, but given the error codes and complete loss, a defective antenna booster is more likely. Get it checked at a shop.

Thanks for the advice. It was the antenna. Cost me 255€ to get it sorted.

Could be a few things. Have you checked the antenna ground? A bad ground can cause a weak signal. Also, any aftermarket electronics installed that might be interfering?
