Modus Turn Signal Error

My 2007 Renault Modus diesel with 49255 km has a turn signal fault. There's an error in the memory and a message on the speedometer, plus the indicator is malfunctioning. I suspect a cable or plug issue. Anyone seen this before?

I had a similar issue with my Modus. Error message and lighting malfunction sound familiar. Have you checked the flasher relay? Also, check the lens for damage.

Where is the flasher relay located, and how did you test it? Did you have the same speedometer error message?

I can't remember the exact relay location, but yes, I had the same speedometer error and dodgy indicator. I'm not technical, so I took it to a workshop. Might be worth getting it checked professionally if you're not confident.

Thanks for the advice. I'm taking it to a workshop. The repair will be about 95€. I'll post the solution for others later.
