Mokka brake pedal feedback

I'm experiencing some strange feedback from the brake pedal in my 2018 Vauxhall Mokka diesel. It's got 86598 km on the clock. I've checked the brake fluid level, which is fine. I also visually inspected the brake rotors for any obvious damage, but they look okay. Could this be undervoltage related?

That's odd. I had similar issues with my old Renault Megane, albeit a petrol one. Strange feedback from the brake pedal – kind of spongy? Does it happen all the time, or just sometimes? Any squeaky brakes noises?

It's intermittent. And yes, sometimes I can hear squeaky brakes. What was the cause in your case? Was it also undervoltage?

In my case, it turned out to be worn brake pads and slightly warped disc brakes. The electronic parking brake system was also throwing a code due to the undervoltage situation. I would definitely get it checked out at a workshop. Better safe than sorry when it comes to brakes, right?

Thanks for the insight! I took it to a garage, and you were spot on. It was indeed worn brake pads and the rotors needed skimming. The bill came to 240€ – not too bad, all things considered. Thanks again for your help!
