Mokka Cruise Control Failure

My 2017 Vauxhall Mokka diesel (138804 km) has cruise control issues. No warning lights, but an error code is showing. Could it be a fuse, or something like the clock spring?

I had something similar on my Mokka. Did you check the brake light switch? A faulty switch can disable cruise control as a safety measure. Worth a look before you tear into the fuse box.

Brake light switch, eh? Wouldn't that trigger a warning light? Where is that switch located?

You'd think so, but it can be sneaky. I never got a warning light, just the cruise control failing. The switch is near the brake pedal, but I'd get it checked at a workshop unless you're really confident. Could be a faulty connection somewhere else.

Thanks! It was a dodgy connection! The workshop traced it to a damaged plug. 95€ later and it's working again.
