Mokka Electric Seat Fault

Help! My 2021 Vauxhall Mokka-e is giving me grief. The passenger electric seat just stopped working! I keep getting an error message stored in the error memory and now it won't adjust at all. I've checked all the fuses I can find, but no luck. Could it be a discharged or defective battery? It's done 72497 km. I'm so stressed!

I had a similar problem with my Mokka's passenger seat. Check the seat harness and wiring under the seat. Could be a loose connection.

Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly should I be looking? Is it easy to get to? I'm not very good with car electrics, to be honest.

It's fiddly, but accessible. However, given the error memory message, it might be more than just a loose wire. Could be a deeper electrical fault. Best to get it checked by a workshop.

You were right! Took it to a local garage and they confirmed it was a discharged battery that was causing the electric seat fault. Repair cost me 290€ Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
