Mokka massage seat failure

My 2012 Vauxhall Mokka with a gasoline engine has a massage seat issue. It's not working, and there's an error code. I suspect a bad cable or plug. Anyone else seen this?

I had something similar with my Mokka's massage seat. Check the connections under the seat; sometimes they get loose.

Same massage function issue here. Honestly, I just took it to a workshop. Saved me the hassle. In the end I had to pay 95€ for a new plug.

Thanks for confirming. I took it to a technician, and it was a faulty connector, just like you suspected. Connector replacement cost 95€, and it's fixed now.
