Thanks. I don't know much about the sensor you mentioned. Is the throttle sensor hard to get to, and what should I look for when I check it? Does it have to do with the accelerator pedal position?

It's not too hard to find, usually near the intake manifold. The accelerator pedal position is linked. If the sensor or module for it is bad, the ECU might be limiting fuel and causing the reduced power. But without diagnostic tools, it's hard to know for sure. It's best to get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and you were right. The accelerator pedal module was bad. The total repair cost, including parts and labor, was 265€.

I had similar issues with my Movano. Reduced power and the engine light were always on. Have you checked the throttle sensor? It can cause those symptoms if it's sending bad signals to the engine control unit (ECU). A faulty throttle body could also cause it.
