Movano Sunroof Initialization Error

I'm having trouble with the sunroof in my 2020 Renault Movano diesel, currently at 230146 km. A 'sunroof not initialized' error is showing. The sunblind is stuck, and the convertible top won't open or close. Could coding modifications be the cause?

Interesting. I had a similar issue with a 2018 Audi A3 after coding adjustments. The sunroof basically bricked itself. Did you use third-party software for the coding?

Indeed, third-party software was used. Did you manage to resolve the malfunction with your Audi A3, and how?

I couldn't resolve it myself. I took it to a workshop specializing in Audi diagnostics. They recalibrated the sunroof system. I'd recommend going straight to the professionals.

Thanks. After a diagnostic assessment, the Renault workshop said a reset of the sunroof system was necessary due to the coding. The recalibration cost 75€ and fixed it.
