Mustang MachE weak battery

My 2020 Ford Mustang Mach-E with an electric engine has a weak battery when starting, and the lights flicker. I've driven about 165856 km. Could a defective battery sensor be the problem? I'm seeing erratic voltage readings.

Whoa, sounds familiar! I've got a Mustang Mach-E too, and I had some spooky electrical gremlins a while back. Weak starts, lights dimming... it was like driving a haunted house. I wouldn't rule out the sensor, especially if you're seeing weird voltage. It's like a tiny brain trying to tell you something important, but it's speaking gibberish.

Can you elaborate on the electrical issues you experienced and how you resolved them? Did you also suspect a faulty battery sensor during troubleshooting?

Absolutely! Okay, so picture this: My Mach-E acted like it was possessed. One minute, full power; the next, it was struggling to keep the lights on. I even had the infotainment system glitching out. I didn't dive too deep myself; I took it straight to the shop because electricity is like magic to me - cool, but scary. They said it was a bad sensor messing with the battery management system. Long story short, get it checked out by a pro!

I appreciate you sharing your experience. I'll schedule a consultation with a technician for a thorough assessment. I think the repair might be around 315€ if the battery sensor is the problem. Thanks again!
