N400 Overheating
Summary of the thread
The 2020 Chevrolet N400 is experiencing engine overheating and a persistent check engine light. The initial suspicion was a faulty radiator fan, with a consideration of a defective speed sensor as another possible cause. After further investigation, it was confirmed that the issue was indeed a defective radiator fan, which was subsequently repaired.

Good to know I am not the only one! I do not recall any unusual noise from the fan, to be honest. What did it end up being in your case?

In my case, it was the fan motor itself. It just died. With those symptoms, I'd say it's worth getting it checked by a mechanic. It's not always easy to pinpoint these things without the proper tools.

Thanks for the advice. It turned out to be a defective radiator fan, as I suspected, after the workshop ran some tests. The repair cost 250€. I appreciate your help!

I also own an N400, and I had similar symptoms last year. Overheating and that darned check engine light! Have you noticed any unusual fan noise before it started?
