Navigation and audio system failure in the 2015 diesel Beetle

Hello everyone! I have a problem with my 2015 diesel Beetle and hope you can help me. It has already driven 91,543 km and recently my navigation system and the audio system stopped working. I have the feeling that it could be the microphone of the hands-free system, because somehow no more signals are being accepted. Have any of you ever had a similar problem? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2012 diesel Beetle. My air conditioning stopped working and my navigation system was also totally messed up. The problem wasn't the microphone, but the electronics were spinning. I had to take it to the garage and it needed a pretty extensive repair, so don't hesitate too long. Good luck!

Hey, no problem, always happy! Sure, I remember that. It wasn't cheap fun, I tell you. The whole thing cost me a whopping €280 to fix the microphone defect and then there was something wrong with the cable. But since then there have been absolutely no more problems.
