Nemo Erratic Radio Reception

Citroen Nemo 2015, gasoline engine. Radio reception is erratic, sometimes no audio at all, and an error code is stored. I suspect the antenna. Anyone else experienced this?

I have a Nemo too, and I had similar symptoms last year. Very annoying. Did you check the antenna ground connection? That was the culprit for my radio issues.

Where exactly is the antenna ground located? Is it easily accessible? How do I test it?

Honestly, I didn't check myself. I took it straight to the shop. They said the ground was corroded. Given your symptoms and stored error, it sounds similar. A workshop will sort it quickly. In my case, they mentioned something about problems with the signal amplifier too.

Thanks for the advice. It was indeed the antenna. Replaced, and reception is perfect now. Total cost 255€.
