Nissan Cube engine power loss
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Nissan Cube experienced engine power loss, rough running, jerking during acceleration, and occasional stalling, accompanied by a check engine light. Possible causes included spark plug issues, air-fuel ratio imbalance, or a faulty oxygen sensor. The problem was ultimately diagnosed as a defective injector, which was resolved at a workshop.

Oxygen sensor... hmm. I haven't checked that. How did you figure it out?

I replaced the spark plugs. The problem persisted. I checked the air-fuel ratio and noticed it was too rich. I was able to diagnose it by checking all the values reported by the engine control unit. You better visit your workshop. I'm fairly certain that an injection valve/injector might be defective. That's a 515€ fix.

Thanks for your help! It was indeed the injector. Got it sorted at the shop.

I see. Symptoms indicate a mixture preparation error. Have you checked the spark plugs? Also, what is the air-fuel ratio? I had similar issues with a 2014 Opel Astra. Root cause was an issue with the oxygen sensor.
