Nissan Note intake air temperature sensor issue

I'm having trouble with my 2020 Nissan Note diesel. The check engine light keeps coming on, and the car feels like it has reduced engine power. A diagnostics check showed an error related to the intake air temperature sensor. Also, the engine seems to be running rougher than usual. The car has 86946 km on the clock. Could a faulty intake air temperature sensor really be the cause of all this?

Thanks a lot for the advice! I'll book it in at the garage. It ended up costing 155€ and all the symptoms are now gone. Fingers crossed, that's the end of it!
