Thanks for the quick response! Under the seats, you say? Was it visibly loose, or did you have to do some probing with a multimeter to find the bad connection? Just trying to figure out if I can tackle this myself before I throw money at it.

Nah, nothing fancy. It was visibly loose – kinda like when a phone charger isn't fully plugged in. I pushed it back in firmly, and the light went off. But honestly, with airbags being so crucial, I'd suggest getting it checked by a workshop. My fix was temporary; the light came back on a week later, and they found a faulty connector. Cost me 95€ to get sorted properly.

Appreciate the insight and the heads-up! Sounds like a visual inspection is the first step, but a workshop visit is definitely in order. I'll get it checked out soon. The workshop identified a defective plug connection as the root cause and repaired it for 95€.

Whoa, that's scary! I had something similar happen in my Nissan NV, though I can't remember the exact year. The SRS light was on, and I was freaking out about airbag deployment issues. Did you check the airbag sensor connections under the seats? That was the culprit for me.
