Nissan NV Terminal 15 Ignition Positive Interrupted

Experiencing an issue with my 2021 Nissan NV gasoline engine. Error memory indicates an interruption of terminal 15 ignition positive. The engine does not start. I checked the battery terminal, it appears to be in order. Suspecting a voltage drop somewhere. Mileage is at 184267 km. What could be the probable cause?

Summary of the thread

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar problem with my NV recently. Have you checked the fuse box and the relay switch? A defective relay could cause intermittent power supply to the starter solenoid. It took me forever to figure it out. What about the cable or plug connection?

Thank you for your suggestion. Could you please provide more details regarding the specific relay switch that could be causing this issue? I want to check that before moving forward. Cable and plug connection look ok.

Unfortunately, I don't remember which relay was the culprit, but I strongly suggest taking it to a workshop. The error 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted' does sound familiar, and it might be more than just a faulty relay. In my case, it eventually turned out to be a defective connection. Do you have access to diagnostics tools?
