Nissan NV Undervoltage Code
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Nissan NV is experiencing an undervoltage code, leading to poor starts, intermittent system failures, weak or flickering lights, and a weak battery on startup. The issue is suspected to be a heavily discharged or defective battery. A similar case suggested checking the voltage regulator and alternator, as a faulty voltage regulator was found to be the cause, damaging the battery. Replacing the voltage regulator and battery resolved the problem.

Voltage regulator makes sense. How did you confirm that was the problem?

I didn't confirm it myself. All the symptoms you describe were happening, and after some basic troubleshooting, I just took it to a workshop. They diagnosed it as a bad voltage regulator that had damaged the battery. Saved me a lot of headache. Cost me about 290€ in the end.

Thanks for the info. It was indeed the voltage regulator. Replaced it and the battery, and everything is back to normal.

I had similar symptoms with my NV. Not sure of the year. Check your voltage regulator and alternator. Could be an issue with the charging system not keeping the battery topped up. Have you tested the battery's health?
