Nissan Qashqai: Engine misfire and power loss in warm weather

I own a 2008 Nissan Qashqai with a gasoline engine and 266,000 km on the odometer. I've been experiencing problems with loss of engine power and jerking when accelerating. These problems only occur when the temperature is above +10 degrees Celsius. Does anyone have experience with similar problems or any idea what could be causing this?
