NX Rear Defroster Issue

My 2017 Lexus NX hybrid's rear window defroster isn't working at 143938 km. There's a stored error, and the windshield heating seems weak. Could a bad battery cause this? Anyone seen this?

Thanks! I hadn't considered the relay or fuse. Where would I find those in my NX? And if the battery is okay, what else should I investigate, considering the windshield heating?

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. The workshop found a heavily discharged battery causing the issues. A new battery and a 290€ diagnostic fixed everything!
