Odyssey hybrid fuel injection issue

My 2019 Honda Odyssey Hybrid with 85k km is having issues. Fuel consumption is way up, engine power feels low, and it sometimes stalls when idling. Plus, I've noticed some smoke when accelerating. Could this be a fuel injection issue? I checked the air filter and spark plugs but no luck.

Sounds like you might have a fuel injector problem. I also own an Odyssey, a non-hybrid one. I had very similar symptoms last year and it turned out to be a faulty connection in the injection system. Have you checked the cable connections and plugs going to the injectors?

On mine, it was a corroded plug on one of the injectors – cylinder 3, if I remember correctly. Honestly, though, unless you're really comfortable working on engines, it's worth getting it checked out by a professional mechanic. Could save you a lot of headaches!
