Orlando Rear Sun Blind Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Chevrolet Orlando diesel has a rear sun blind that is stuck and not functioning, with an error stored. The suspected cause is a faulty motor, as confirmed by another owner who experienced the same issue. The recommended solution is to have the motor replaced, preferably by a professional workshop.

Thanks! I did a quick visual check of the wiring, but didn't probe it. What was the issue in your case?

Unfortunately, it was the motor for me as well. I tried a few things, but it needed replacing. Given the location, I'd suggest a workshop.

Thanks for confirming, I was afraid of that. I'll take it to my local garage to replace the motor. Got a quote for 330€, which seems reasonable. Hopefully, that'll solve it!

Yep, exact same issue with my Orlando. Sunshade just refused to budge. Did you check the wiring harness? That was my first thought.
