Panda Air Suspension Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Fiat Panda with 208,079 km has experienced a complete air suspension failure, resulting in the car not lifting, leaning, and displaying dashboard errors. The suspected cause is a faulty air suspension bellows valve. A similar issue was resolved by identifying a small crack in the air bag valve, suggesting a potential air leak. The recommended solution is to have the vehicle inspected and repaired by a professional workshop.

Thanks for the quick reply! You mentioned an air leak – was it visually obvious, or did you have to get up close with soapy water to find it? And if it was the valve, did you replace it yourself, or go to a workshop?

In my case, the leak wasn't immediately obvious, but I could hear a faint hissing sound when the engine was off and the car was trying to level itself. A closer inspection revealed a small crack in the air bag valve itself. Given the complexity, I opted for a professional repair. It's probably best to take it to a workshop.

Okay, thanks a lot for the insight! I suspected as much. Looks like a trip to the workshop is inevitable. Just got a quote for around 590€ for the repair. Hopefully, that'll sort it out. I appreciate the help!

I also drive a Panda, and your description sounds awfully familiar. I experienced similar symptoms – the leaning and the error messages. Have you checked for any obvious signs of an air leak around the suspension components? That's where I eventually found my problem.
