Partner Automatic Transmission Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Peugeot Partner with low mileage is experiencing automatic transmission issues, including erratic shifting, a transmission indicator light, and occasionally being stuck in emergency mode. The suspected cause is undervoltage, but another owner with similar issues found that worn transmission oil was the problem. A transmission flush resolved the issue, suggesting that checking and replacing the transmission oil may be an effective solution.

The transmission light is intermittent, and I haven't noticed any change in engine performance. Did you manage to sort it out yourself, or did you have to take it in?

Sounds very similar to what I experienced. I tried a few things but ended up taking it to a workshop. They said the transmission oil was worn out and causing the issues. A simple transmission flush fixed it right up.

Thanks for the info! I'll take it in and suggest they check the transmission oil. Turns out it was indeed the transmission oil - cost me 240€ for a flush. All sorted now!

Hey, I've got a Partner too and had similar symptoms a while back. Was the transmission light always on, or just intermittent? Also, did you notice any difference in the engine's performance when the transmission acted up?
