Partner immobilizer problem
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Peugeot Partner electric vehicle experienced an immobilizer issue, where it refused to start or started briefly before cutting out, accompanied by a flashing security light and an error code. The problem persisted despite trying a spare key, suggesting a deeper issue than a simple key battery problem. The solution involved taking the vehicle to a workshop for key reprogramming and error clearing, which resolved the issue.

Yes, the security light is flashing. The spare key didn't change anything. What steps did you take to resolve it?

Flashing security light and the spare key not working points to a deeper issue than just a dodgy key battery. I wrestled with it, trying online 'fixes' which were useless. In the end, I took it to a workshop. They sorted the key programming and cleared the error. Cost me about 45€ but it was worth it.

I took the vehicle to a workshop where the key was reprogrammed for 45€. The issue is now resolved. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Partner. Is your security light flashing? For me, it was the immobilizer. Did you try the spare key? Did that make a difference?
