Yeah, I tried deleting and re-pairing. Still no luck. Any other thoughts?

Understood. If a simple re-pairing didn't resolve the connectivity problem, then it is more than likely an 'incorrect pairing with the end device'. Based on my experience, and given the persistent error, I would suggest a visit to a qualified workshop with appropriate diagnostic equipment. They can delve deeper into the system, check for software glitches or hardware issues related to the Bluetooth module, and provide a more definitive diagnosis. It may require a software refresh or, in rare cases, a replacement of the module itself.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were right. They said it was an 'incorrect pairing with the end device'. Cost me 45€ to get it sorted.

Hello! I had a similar issue with my Partner, although it's a slightly older model. The symptoms you describe point to a potential problem with the Bluetooth pairing process. It's possible there's a conflict or corruption in the system that's preventing the phone from connecting properly, and triggering that error code. Have you tried deleting the existing pairing from both your phone and the car's system and then re-pairing them?
