Pathfinder headlight washer failure
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Nissan Pathfinder owner experienced a failure in both the headlight cleaning system and windshield washer. The issue was suspected to be caused by a faulty pump or relay. Another Pathfinder owner shared a similar experience, which was resolved by fixing a bad connection. The original problem was confirmed to be a loose connection at the pump, which was repaired at a local shop.

Interesting! Yes, that sounds pretty similar. Just a dribble is about right. Did you ever figure out what was causing the problem in your case?

Well, it turned out to be a bad connection. It's strange, isn't it? I'm not an expert, but if you're already suspecting a pump or relay, maybe have it checked out at a shop. Those LED headlight cleaning systems can be quite sensitive.

Thanks for the tip! I took it to my local shop, and you were spot on. It was a loose connection at the pump, just like you guessed. The repair cost me about 165€, so not too bad. Appreciate the help!

I have a Pathfinder as well (don't remember the exact year). I had something similar happen last winter. The headlight washers stopped, and I barely got a dribble from the windshield washers. Was it the same for you?
