Thank you for the information. I did not consider the wiring harness. Where exactly should I look for the power window fuse?

The fuse box location varies slightly depending on the vehicle trim, but it is typically located either under the dashboard on the driver's side or in the engine compartment. Consult your owner's manual for the precise location and the fuse number for the power windows. However, given the symptoms and the error code, a defective switch is still probable. If you're not comfortable troubleshooting further, a trusted workshop will diagnose the fault.

I appreciate the advice. After taking it to the workshop, the problem was indeed the power window switch. The repair cost 200€. Thank you for your help.

It certainly could be. That is a common point of failure, especially with the amount of usage those switches get. Have you checked the fuses related to the power windows? A blown fuse could cause all windows to fail simultaneously. Before condemning the switch, it might be worth checking the wiring harness in the door jamb as well. Wires can sometimes fray or break there, leading to intermittent or complete failure of the window controls.
