The temperature reading seems totally off, fluctuating like crazy! Where exactly did you find the problem with your wiring? Was it near the sensor itself, or somewhere else in the system?

Mine was right at the plug, easy to jiggle loose I guess. But honestly, if it's fluctuating that much, you might want to just bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose it and save you the headache.

I took it to the shop like you suggested. Turns out it was a faulty connection, just like we suspected. Cost me 95€ to fix. Thanks for the advice!

I had something similar happen in my Patrol. The temperature reading was all over the place, like the sensor was drunk, and the climate regulation was totally whacked. Check the wiring, it's probably loose.
