Persistent problems with my Skoda Kamiq: Should I demand a new car?

Hello everyone, I have a brand new 2024 Skoda Kamiq with 11,000 km. Since the fourth month, the check engine light has been on, and I've been dealing with this problem for 3 months without a solution. The workshop mentioned an injector fault, but attributed it to 'software problems'. Almost a month ago, the car started to jerk when accelerating and shudder on the road. Although they changed all 4 injectors, now an EPC fault is appearing. The service has been poor, and they haven't provided me with a replacement car. I'm worried that the engine is damaged and that, once out of warranty, I won't be able to do anything. Should I demand a new car? I appreciate any advice or similar experiences. Thanks in advance!

It's concerning that you're experiencing these issues with a new vehicle. The EPC (Electronic Power Control) light often relates to throttle system issues, which could be linked to the jerking and shuddering. Before demanding a new car, consider asking the workshop to perform a thorough diagnostic check on the throttle body and related sensors. If the issue persists, document all interactions and repairs, and escalate the matter to Skoda's customer service for further assistance. Keep track of all service records as they may support your case. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions.
