Peugeot 1007 engine stalling
Summary of the thread
A 2009 Peugeot 1007 with a gasoline engine is experiencing stalling issues and a persistent check engine light, suspected to be related to the tank ventilation valve. The initial focus was on the valve itself, but further investigation revealed clogged hoses connected to the valve as the root cause. Clearing these hoses resolved the stalling problem.

That's interesting! Where exactly are those hoses located? I've been mainly focusing on the valve itself, so I haven't really traced the lines. Any chance you remember which ones gave you trouble?

Honestly, I can't recall the exact location—it was a while ago. But if I remember correctly, there are a couple near the fuel tank. It might be best to just get it to the workshop, to prevent further damage.

Thanks a lot for the tip! I took your advice and checked the hoses more thoroughly. Turns out, you were spot on – they were completely clogged! Cleared them out, and the problem's gone. Cost me 175€ for the repair.

I had something similar happen with my 1007! Drove me nuts for a while. Did you check the hoses connected to the ventilation valve? They're notorious for getting clogged and messing with the whole emission system.
