Peugeot 107 engine issues

My 2013 Peugeot 107 (gasoline engine) is giving me headaches. The check engine light is on, it idles rough and sometimes stalls. Plus, it jerks when accelerating. I've got 165396 km on the clock. I suspect the fuel pressure sensor. Could a defective cable or plug connection be the culprit?

Hey, I had similar issues with my old Opel Corsa! Check engine light, stalling... Drove me nuts. Was it also related to the fuel pump?

Thanks for the reply! I'm not sure if it's the fuel pump itself. How did you figure out it was the pump on your Corsa?

Well, I didn't figure it out myself, to be honest. After checking the usual suspects I brought it to a workshop and they diagnosed a defective fuel pump. Given your symptoms I'd suggest doing the same, could save you time and money!

Thanks for the advice! Took it to a shop, and you were right, it needed professional attention. Turned out to be a defective fuel pressure sensor and a faulty connection, just like I thought. 95€ later and she's running smoothly again!
