Thanks for the suggestion! I checked all of that already. Bluetooth pairs fine, all audio settings seem normal, and I even tried factory resetting the infotainment system, but the microphone still doesn't pick up anything. Is that similar to what happened with your Corsa?

Yeah, sounds pretty much the same. I messed with the settings for ages and got nowhere. In the end, it turned out to be a hardware fault in the infotainment unit itself. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it checked out properly. Probably not something you can fix yourself.

Alright, thanks for confirming my fears. I suspected as much. The workshop diagnosed a faulty infotainment system. Repair cost: 815€. Appreciate the help!

Hey, that sucks! I had a similar issue with my old Opel Corsa. The Bluetooth connection kept dropping, and voice recognition was useless because of ambient noise issues. Did you try checking the Bluetooth settings and audio input configurations? It might be a simple software glitch.
