Peugeot 108 Tire Pressure ABS and Steering Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Peugeot 108 is experiencing a low tire pressure warning, accompanied by an ABS light and vibrating steering wheel, suggesting possible power steering issues. The likely cause is a defective tire valve leading to rapid pressure loss, which can affect ABS sensors and steering. The recommended solution is to have the vehicle inspected and repaired at a workshop to address the valve issue and related symptoms.

Yeah, I gave them a quick look. Nothing obvious sticking out. It's losing pressure way too fast for a slow leak I think, down a bar in a day. The tire monitoring system is going nuts. You reckon it was definitely tire-related then? Seems odd to get all those symptoms at once.

Definitely tire-related in my case. Turned out to be a defective valve in one of the tires. The rapid pressure loss messed with the ABS sensors and threw everything else into a tizzy. Honestly, at that point, I just limped it to a workshop to get it sorted. Saved myself a lot of headache.

Sounds like I'm heading to the shop then. Guessing around 280€. Thanks for the confirmation, at least I know what to expect. Peugeot 108, you're breaking my heart.

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my 108 a while back. ABS light, shaky steering, the whole shebang. Did you check the tires themselves for any obvious damage, like a nail or screw? Or even just a slow leak?
