Peugeot 108 Tire Pressure Sensor Fault

Thanks for the tip! The tire pressures are within the recommended range, so I don't think that's the problem. But what do you mean by air valve? Do you suspect a leak there? What was the outcome when you had that issue on your car?

Well, the air valve is basically how the system reads the pressure. If it isn't working correctly, the sensor may give the wrong data. My issue ended up being the tire pressure sensor itself. My mechanic said the sensor battery was probably empty. In your case, with the error being stored, it might be worth getting it checked at a workshop. They can pinpoint which sensor is at fault.

Thank you for the advice! I took it to a mechanic, and you were right, it was the tire pressure sensor. Apparently, the sensor battery was indeed empty. Had to replace the faulty sensor and the repair cost me 280€. Everything is working fine now.

Hey there! I had a similar problem with my 108. It drove me nuts for a while. Are you absolutely sure the pressures are consistent? Sometimes a small difference that's hard to spot can trigger the sensor. It's like that one slightly off Lego brick that makes the whole structure wobbly. The air valve could be the issue, too.
