Thanks! No weird noises from the compressor, just... nothing. Where would I even start looking for the refrigerant levels or compressor relay? I'm not super mechanically minded.

Okay, lack of noise from the compressor might point to a control issue, like what happened to mine. Honestly, troubleshooting refrigerant levels and relays can be tricky without the right tools or knowledge. Based on your description, and what happened with my car, it really does sound like a trip to a professional is in order. They can properly diagnose the problem.

Appreciate the advice! I took it to a garage, and you were spot on – the AC control unit was defective. New unit and a recharge later, it set me back 980€ but at least I have cold air again!

Oh, that sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Peugeot 206. Is the compressor making any weird noises? When mine went, it threw a code and stopped cooling, just like you describe. I am no expert, but have you checked the refrigerant levels and the compressor relay?
