Peugeot 207 automatic transmission issue

Hey, I had something similar with my 207! The slipping transmission sounds familiar. Have you checked the hydraulic fluid levels? A transmission flush might be worth it. Mine was low on fluid when it did that. Was it making any weird noises?

Yep, pretty much the same symptoms. The emergency mode was a real pain! Honestly, I'd suggest getting it checked by a workshop. It could be more than just low fluid, and you don't want to risk more damage. They can diagnose it and advise you.

I appreciate the advice. I had it inspected, and it was the transmission fluid. An oil replacement was done, costing 240€. Now it drives like new!
