Thanks. The error message is persistent, even after clearing it with an OBD II scanner. Can you give me more details about which electrical connectors you checked or any specific areas in the HVAC system that might cause this? Could I fix it myself, or should I go to a workshop?

If it's persistent, I think it's best you take it to a shop. I was hoping it was a loose connection like mine. It sounds like it's better left to the professionals to diagnose and fix. I took mine to the workshop, and the repair cost was around 95€. It was worth it; the AC system works great again!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll schedule an appointment with a mechanic. It's good to know a similar problem was fixed for a reasonable price. After inspection, the issue was a defective cable or plug connection in the climate control system, as the error diagnosis suggested. It's now resolved.

I had a similar problem with my 207. The symptoms sound very familiar. I'd check the electrical connectors to the control panel first. Think of it like a loose cable on your TV – sometimes it just needs a wiggle to get the signal back. Is the error message persistent, or does it come and go?
