Peugeot 207 key fob battery issue

I'm having trouble with my 2014 Peugeot 207 diesel. It has 295784 km. I keep getting a 'key battery low' warning, keyless access isn't working, there's an error code, and unlocking/locking is unreliable. Could it just be the key fob battery?

Yeah, starting the car has been difficult sometimes. It takes a few tries to get the engine to start. Do you think that's also the key fob battery?

Yes, I am pretty sure! I had the same symptoms and thought I was going crazy! If you are comfortable, you could replace the battery yourself, or just go to the workshop!

I replaced the key fob battery, and it seems to have fixed it. It cost 37€. Thanks for the help!
