Peugeot 207 Overheating

Hi, my 2015 Peugeot 207 (gasoline engine) is overheating. Mileage is at 190534 km. I suspect the electric fan isn't working properly. Anyone experienced this before?

I had a similar issue with my Peugeot 207 a while back. Check the cable and plug connection to the fan motor. That was the culprit in my case. Is the fan not turning on at all, even when the engine gets hot?

Thanks! Yes, exactly. It's not turning on, even when the temp gauge is way higher than normal. Which cable/plug exactly did you have problems with?

It was the main power connector going to the electric fan motor itself. If it's that, and you aren't comfortable fixing it yourself, a shop will be able to diagnose and repair that pretty quickly. I'd recommend going to a shop to have them do it.

Thanks, I took it to a shop as you suggested. Turns out the cable/plug to the fan motor was indeed defective, just like you said! Cost me 95€ to fix. Appreciate the help!
