Peugeot 207 Starting Issue

Whoa, sounds familiar! I've got a 207 too. Had similar starting problems a while back. Have you checked the battery's voltage? Could also be a dodgy earth strap. Is it completely dead, or just turning over slowly?

Voltage seems low. Earth strap looks ok. What was the fix for yours exactly? I'm trying to avoid unnecessary diagnostics.

Mine was the battery. Though the garage also mentioned something about the charging system needing a look-see. If the voltage is low even after charging, I'd get it prodded by a workshop. Saved me a headache!

Cheers. Workshop confirmed heavily discharged battery. New one fitted, all good. Cost 290€. Thanks for the tip!
