Signal fades in and out, accompanied by static. Seems worse in urban areas with taller buildings. Any experience with signal amplifiers?

Sounds like what I had. Signal amplifier didn't fix it for me. I'd suggest checking with a workshop. It's probably the antenna itself or the connection.

Thanks. It was a defective antenna as suspected. Repair cost 255€, including parts and labor.

I had similar issues with my 208. Is it mostly static noise, or complete signal loss? Does it happen everywhere, or just in certain areas?
