Peugeot 3008 Fuel Flap Issue

Hi, I have a 2019 Peugeot 3008 hybrid. The fuel flap release isn't working. An error is stored, and I can't lock or unlock the fuel filler flap. Also, some functions aren't available. Mileage is at 29004 km. Any ideas?

I have a 3008 too, and had a similar problem. By fuel flap, I assume you mean the fuel door. Could it be the key fob battery? Have you tried the spare key?

I did change the key fob battery, but no luck. I only have one key. Was it the same symptoms: error message and the fuel door wouldn't open?

Yes, exactly the same. I even suspected the lock actuator (the little motor that locks the fuel door), but in the end, I took it to a workshop. They sorted it out.

Thanks! Workshop it is, then. Turns out it was a defective linkage, costing 210€. All sorted now.
