Peugeot 3008 start stop problem

Good day. Have you considered the possibility of the battery's state of charge influencing the start-stop system's functionality? I encountered a similar predicament with my Peugeot 3008. Could you please furnish details pertaining to the diagnostic error codes that have been registered?
