Peugeot 3008 Undervoltage Issue

I'm experiencing an undervoltage issue with my 2020 Peugeot 3008 gasoline. Mileage is at 296651 km. Symptoms include poor starts, system failures, weak lights, and a weak battery when starting. I suspect a heavily discharged or defective battery. Anyone else encounter this?

I had something similar happen with my 3008. What voltage readings are you getting? Any noticeable voltage drop when you try to start the engine? Have you tested the battery health?

I haven't measured voltage drop directly during start. Battery health shows as 'ok' on the diagnostic tool, but I'm skeptical. What was your experience? Was the 'battery health' indication reliable for you?

The battery health indicator was misleading in my case. Showed OK, but the battery was failing under load. Given your symptoms, it's probably worth getting it properly load tested, or taking it to a workshop. It's a pain to troubleshoot intermittent electrical gremlins.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were spot on. The battery was the issue, even though the diagnostic tool showed it as ‘healthy’. Replacement cost 290€. Appreciate the insight.
