I suspected a software issue too, but infotainment system defective seems to be the cause. Did you get a specific error message, or was it just not working?

Now that you mention it, yes, there was an error message stored, something about a microphone failure. The workshop determined that the module itself was faulty and needed replacing. The repair cost may be significant.

Right, thanks for confirming. It looks like I'm heading down the same road. Workshop also determined a faulty module. 815€ later, everything's working again!

Interesting. I had a similar problem with my Peugeot 301. The Bluetooth connection was erratic, and the microphone quality was terrible. Did you check the infotainment system? Is there a newer software version available?
