Peugeot 308 Electric Microphone Failure

I'm having an issue with my 2023 Peugeot 308 (electric engine). The hands-free microphone seems to have stopped working. Telephony is no longer possible. I've scanned the car and there's an error stored in the error memory. Has anyone else experienced this?

That's a strange one. Does the volume control still work for other audio, like the radio? And what about sound quality in general? Is it only affected during calls, or is voice recognition not working either?

Volume control is fine for the radio. Sound quality is normal for everything except calls, so it seems like it's just the microphone. Voice recognition also does not work. Any idea what that could be?

Sounds like the infotainment system might be defective, especially if the microphone is only affected during calls and voice recognition. Unfortunately, that typically means a trip to the workshop is in order. They will probably need to replace the whole unit.

Thanks, I appreciate the input. I took it to the shop, and you were right. The infotainment system was defective; they replaced it. Cost me 815€, but at least it's fixed.
