Peugeot 308 Ignition Error

Having trouble with my 2011 Peugeot 308, gasoline engine, 13236 km. The engine won't start and I'm getting a "Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted" error. Suspect a bad cable or connection. Anyone seen this?

I had a similar issue with my 308. Sounds like a circuit break in the power supply. Before you chase wiring, check the voltage at the starter solenoid when you try to crank the engine. A big voltage drop could mean something else.

Thanks! I haven't checked the voltage at the starter solenoid yet, but I will. Where exactly is it located, and what voltage should I expect when starting? If there's a voltage drop, what's next?

The symptoms and error code do point to wiring or connector issues, like you thought. I ended up going to a workshop, and they found a defective connection. I'd suggest doing the same. Repair was 95€.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I've decided to take it to a workshop, as you suggested.
